The central city Green Network Plan focuses on a 10-year delivery of green initiatives for residents, workers, and visitors. This will include upgraded and new parks, replacing existing street trees and providing for new ones. The plan addresses the current deficit of planting in the central city, supports residential growth, and tackles climate and ecological issues.

- Replacement of trees along Ghuznee Street.

- Developing 10-year programme for delivery of new street trees based on the Long-term Plan.
- Finalising the plan for the Frank Kitts Park upgrade.
